My name is Olivia Parker and I am passionate about holistic health. I grew up with a sports background and have always been passionate about moving and healing the body naturally. Massage Therapy, Manual Osteopathic Therapy and other modalities allow me to help individuals heal their bodies and assist in giving better quality of life. Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is used to treat soft tissue like muscles and fascia as well as work with joints to help treat issues like, neck and back pain, head aches and migraines, sprain and strains, stiff muscles and joints and help calm your nervous system.
Manual Osteopathic Therapy
Manual Osteopathic therapy is a total body healing experience working with joints, fascia, organs, the lymphatic system, and the cranial sacral system to give your body to chance to heal itself through gentle touch. Manual Osteopathic Therapy can be helpful for a variety of dysfunctions.
Cranio-Sacral Therapy
Cranio-Sacral Therapy is gentle touch therapy that treats restrictions throughout the central nervous system. It can be helpful for headaches and migraines, nervous system dysfunctions, tinnitus and dizziness and many other dysfunctions.
Cupping
Cupping pairs nicely with massage therapy to give deeper healing by creating space between tissue layers to allow for increase fluid and circulation for deeper healing
Reiki
Reiki is a gentle light touch therapy that is used to help create balance through the body by balancing energy systems and removing blockages to allow for healing physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually
